2.4 USER STATEMENTS
By registering, you declare that:

3. MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
3.1
Registration and use of one account per person.
3.2
Only one account per household, IP address, and device is allowed. If multiple users share these elements, they must inform the Company in advance.
3.3
In case of creation of multiple accounts, the Company may block or close all accounts, cancel bets, revoke bonuses, and cancel withdrawal requests. All winnings and benefits obtained will be confiscated.
3.4 PAYMENTS / WINNINGS
Winnings are credited to the account once the outcome of the game or event is determined.
3.5
If funds are mistakenly credited, the amount remains the property of the Company and will be deducted from the account. If already withdrawn, the amount constitutes a debt to the Company.

4. REFUNDS

Generally, no refunds are provided on deposits made. Exceptions may be considered in case of technical problems.

It is not possible to request a refund after using the deposit to play.

If the documents are not provided within 30 days, the refund will be cancelled, the account may be closed, and funds will be lost.

5. DEPOSITS / BETS / PAYMENTS

7. ACCOUNT CLOSURE
7.1

9. INTERRUPTED OR CANCELLED GAMES

In such cases, the balances of the affected accounts may be blocked, withdrawals cancelled, and deposits and winnings confiscated.
9.2 COLLUSION AND CHEATING
The Company may disable accounts and confiscate the related balances, including deposits and winnings, if it detects behaviors aimed at gaining an unfair advantage, such as information exchange, collusive agreements, chip dumping, fund transfers, multiple uses of a single account, or soft playing.

9.3 FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES
If the Company detects fraudulent, illegal, improper, or inappropriate activities, including the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar services to mask the true geographical location, or making bets on behalf of others, it may block the account without notice and confiscate the entire available balance.
In such situations, the Company also reserves the right to inform banks, payment networks, competent authorities, or other legitimate parties and to take any legal actions.
10. LIVE CHAT
10.1
